Of the 550 kilometers of its network of footpaths several paths are prepared so that they are well accessible for walkers with normal footwear. Those who want to venture deeper into the snow-covered terrain, can borrow the hiking information center fee snowshoes, poles and gaiters and follow the snowshoe tours described and signposted.
